ODPi, announced that OpenDS4All is now an ODPi incubating project. OpenDS4All is an open source project built to accelerate the creation of data science curriculum at academic institutions. This project was initiated and funded by IBM, built by the University of Pennsylvania, and brought to life under the governance of the Linux Foundation.
What makes this project revolutionary is that we are bringing the agility of open source to the development of educational materials. OpenDS4All allows educators anywhere to access the information, built their curriculum, for free, and contribute back to the project so that it is constantly evolving and improving. OpenDS4All welcomes institutions with existing data science programs to contribute to the project as well.
